What is a graduate programme?
On our Graduate Leadership programmes, you’ll learn at pace and gain exposure to senior leaders and a variety of projects and teams. You’ll get everything you need to be a future leader at our bank, all whilst working towards a relevant professional qualification. We’ll give you the tools to help build and develop your career into one of our banking leaders!
As well as our fantastic reward and benefits, you’ll also receive a starting salary of £29,500 per annum

Summer Internship Programme

What is a summer internship programme?
On our Summer Internship programme, you’ll spend eight weeks during the summer working in a stretching and stimulating role, pushing you to perform at your best, while supported by our development programme. Gaining a real insight to what it’s like working for our bank, you’ll be hybrid working in our newly refurbished Manchester City Centre office and receive a salary of £22,000 pro rata

​Industrial Placement Programme

What is an industrial placement programme?
Our industrial placement programmes are your chance to showcase your thinking and skills, to help you develop and potentially be invited to a graduate programme. You’ll spend a year getting vital experience working on some of our biggest projects. They’re designed to help you explore your different interests and the different opportunities available and also receive a salary of £22,000 per annum
